About Me

Coach Estes

Hi, I'm Ridge Estes, a 22-year-old Division I Track and Field alumni from Wichita State University, where I earned two AAC championships and numerous athletic accolades. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Science.

Raised in a training-focused environment, I was inspired by my father — a highly successful trainer in Las Vegas with over 15 years of experience. His passion for fitness helped shape my own dedication to health, performance, and transformation.

Throughout my athletic career, I’ve overcome major medical challenges that only strengthened my commitment to mastering the science of fitness. I’m NASM-certified as a CPT, PES, CES, and CNC, and I also hold AED/CPR certification.

I founded Wildcard Fitness Co. to help people reclaim their bodies and transform their lives with evidence-based training and nutrition coaching. My mission is to deliver personalized, science-driven programs that empower you to become the strongest version of yourself — physically and mentally.

Wildcard Nutrition Coaching

We’ll build a customized nutrition strategy tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle — all within evidence-based guidelines and your NASM-certified scope.
This includes:

  • ✅Macro-based targets aligned with your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, performance, etc.)

  • ✅Flexible food choices that support real-life eating habits

  • ✅Sample meal ideas and recipes for inspiration (not meal plans)

  • ✅1-on-1 guidance from Ridge, including weekly adjustments and accountability check-ins

This 16-week science-backed transformation program is designed to help you build lean muscle, shed fat, and level up your performance — all with expert guidance every step of the way.

  • ✅ Full 16-week progressive workout program (4x/week) tailored for body recomposition

  • ✅ Basic macro targets aligned to your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance)

  • ✅ Sample food ideas and nutrition guidance within NASM scope (no medical meal plans)

  • ✅ Access to Ridge for 1-on-1 accountability, form checks, and weekly adjustments
